SESSION TIMING

Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time.

 

If you arrive late, the session will still finish as planned.

For example, if you arrive 15 minutes late to a 1-hour session, the session will last 45 minutes.

 

Please plan your route and parking in advance.

I do not provide parking, and I’m not responsible for traffic delays or parking availability.

 

Extra time may be added only if my schedule allows.

ARRIVAL & LOCATION RESPONSIBILITY

Please arrive ready and prepared at the agreed meeting point.

 

If the location requires parking payment or special access, it is the client’s responsibility to arrange it.

 

I always recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to feel calm and settled before we begin.

PHOTO COVERAGE ONLY

Please note that I offer photography only and do not provide video coverage. Video is a separate field, and during my sessions I focus entirely on creating a smooth experience and capturing your story through photographs.

SESSION TYPE

If additional people arrive without prior notice, the session flow may be affected and additional fees may apply due to extended coordination and shooting time.

I gently guide posing and movement while keeping everything relaxed and authentic.

OUTFITS & STYLING

I provide styling guidance before your session.

 

Final outfit choices are fully yours - wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable.

 

I do not choose specific colors or wardrobe items for clients.

PHOTO DELIVERY

For a 1-hour session, you’ll receive 60+ professionally edited images.

 

Delivery time:

• Regular sessions - within 14 days

• Wedding coverage - 14+ days depending on scope

 

All images are delivered via a private online gallery, active for 3 months.

 

Please download and back up your files during this period.

 

RAW or unedited files are not provided.

EDITING STYLE & RETOUCHING

All images are edited in my signature cinematic style.

 

I do not:

• alter body shape

• modify facial features

• change hair or makeup

• adjust color tones outside my artistic style

 

Requests for different color grading (for example, turning full galleries into black & white or changing the mood) are not accepted.

 

My work is fully based on my artistic vision.

PAYMENT & BOOKING

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

 

Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received.

 

The remaining balance must be paid:

• Before the wedding date (minimum 5 days prior), or

• On the day of regular sessions

 

All payments are subject to HST (13%).

 

Final images are delivered only after full payment is received.

WEATHER

Cloudy skies are beautiful - I love that soft light.

 

Sessions proceed in light rain, clouds, or wind.

Only severe weather (storm or unsafe conditions) qualifies for a free reschedule.

STUDIO & TRAVEL

Studio rental fees are not included in session pricing and must be covered separately.

 

Travel within Toronto is included. Sessions in nearby surrounding areas may have a $50 travel fee, while locations farther outside Toronto are subject to a $100+ travel fee depending on distance.

For wedding coverage of 4+ hours, travel fees within the GTA are included.

I reserve the right to end the session without refund if there is unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.
